Time to get into the festive spirit and enjoy a relaxed few hours making and decorating your own Christmas recipes in an intimate setting.
 
We will be baking and decorating Christmas morning cinnamon buns, white Christmas cake with frosted berries and Figgy plum tarts over the course of 3.5 hours. Each person will take their own creations home to show off and enjoy, and throughout the session enjoy brownies, hot drinks and general festive cheer! On a practical level, you will also learn how techinical information on working with enriched dough, pastry work, making sponge cakes and also decorating skills using piping bags and palette knife.
 
Unfortunately we cannot cater to dietary requirements for this class, but Kate can discuss options on adapting recipes as the workshop is in session.
