Spend a morning learning how to make the perfect afternoon tea, ready to enjoy at home! Over the course of 3.5 hours we will be making a selection of individual items using fresh seasonal ingredients, and also showcasing a variety of professional decorating finishes. We will be making:
Almond and orange mini cakes with raspberry and vanilla Swiss meringue frosting
Frangipane tarts with blackcurrant, blackberry and pistachio
Chocolate and Blueprint coffee brownie bites
Blueberry cinnamon and white spelt scones
All ingredients and equipment are provided. Please wear suitable footwear to be standing up whilst baking. Everything made in class will be boxed up to take home and enjoy at the end- you will be making enough for 4 people to enjoy afternoon tea.
