I'm Kate Ampomah, owner and baker at Eat & Mess. I set up the company after years working as a professional baker and pastry chef in London and San Francisco, in order to run workshops for the public and work on my own collections of recipes for public consumption! I specialise in working with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and heritage grains.


A taste of Eat and Mess..

All classes and baking parties are taught in an informal kitchen environment with domestic ovens, overlooking the sea. Classes are designed to be informative and practical but relaxed, and students can expect lots of hands on skills taught over a cuppa and some brownies!
