They’re easy to cut up and share, can be enjoyed on their own or with cream or ice cream, and are loved by adults and children alike. Our Brownie Slabs are decorated with attractive piped Swiss meringue which means that look lovely and are ready to display, creating a delightful centrepiece for your celebration.
While our Brownie Slabs contain gluten, dairy, and eggs, we can make these gluten-free on request. Please contact us with any dietary requirements so we can discuss your options. Personalised Brownie Slab
Our Brownie Slab can be inscribed with a message of your choice, so you can personalise yours to suit the occasion you’re buying it for. For example, your message could read ‘Happy Birthday’, ‘Be My Valentine’, ‘I Love You’, or ‘Congratulations’. Messages can be up to five words in length due to the size of the bake. Simply add your chosen inscription into the form when placing your Brownie Slab order.
All Eat & Mess cakes, cookies, desserts, and other sweet treats are baked in our bakery which is based by the sea in Deal, Kent. You can choose to collect your Brownie Slab from us, or we offer local delivery for added convenience.
