Love to bake but not so confident on your decorating skills? This workshop will change that! Working on pre baked cakes, you will learn how to crumb coat and cover layer cakes, create professional naked cakes, use a palette knife and piping bag to create different effects and build floral decorations. There will also be opportunities to create drip effects and ombre or watercolour cakes in addition to the 'house' style. You will leave with two decorated layer cakes and a selection of mini cakes.
 
Workshops are limited to 6 attendees each. You will be learning lots of practical knowledge, and have opportunities to ask lots of questions, take lots of pictures  and enjoy copious tea and brownies!
