New to the class schedule, we are excited to be offering and intro to piping class, to create your own beautiful cake.


All skill levels welcome- you will be in a small and welcoming class hosted by Eat & Mess founder Kate.


You will learn how to handle a piping bag, turntable and palette knife confidently and to stack and fill a cake with our signature jams and Swiss meringue buttercream. You’ll then learn to crumb coat and top coat your cake before decorating with swags and swirls guided by Kate. 


We will teach you some effective decorating tips and tricks to design your own frilled cakes, including how to master shell border piping in differing sizes, frills and ribbons. You will take home your own creation along with recipes for cake and frosting, plus a tips sheet on piping nozzles and using them. Private classes and group discounts available.
