Summer is just around the corner, and with it brings an array of beautiful seasonal ingredients to be used in baking and decorating. In this workshop we will be learning how to bake and decorate cakes with a fruity, floral approach to the art, using edibles herbs and flowers to add a professional element to your baked creations. Practical skills will also be learnt along the way, including how to bake perfect cakes and decorate using buttercream with nozzles and palette knife to create your own unique style.


Over 3 hours, you will make and decorate a wheat free white spelt and almond layer cake with mascarpone frosting and fresh fruit, brown butter orange and cardamom friands and finish with flourless Kentish berry chocolate torte with ganache glaze.


This is a small workshop in a working kitchen, so spaces are limited. We aim to provide a relaxed experience in which to enjoy learning some new skills... and enjoy brownies and tea too!
