This is a 3 hour class making three types of individual cakes including bundts, loaves and tea cakes all decorated with a variety of icings, including swiss meringue, fondant and mascarpone. We will be using seasonal fruits to include in the recipes, as well as alternative grains such as buckwheat, kamut and nut flours.


Everything made in class will be boxed up to take home at the end, along with recipes from the day. All ingredient and equipment is provided. This is a great class for anyone interested in understanding more about the technqiues of baking with different flours, piping skills and how to create beautifully finished cakes to enjoy or gift!
