With Autumn firmly here, we will be focusing on making some cosy recipes to match the weather outdoors. Over 3.5 hours, we will be making:
 
Spiced apple honey cake with oat honey crumbs
Portugese custard tarts with nutmeg
Chocolate cheesecake brownies
 
We will be learning how to make puff pastry, creme patissiere, sponge cakes, plus frosting and a variety of baking techniques to recreate at home. Everything made in class will be parcelled up to take home along with recipes from the day.
