Over the course of 4 hours we will learn how to make authentic sourdough breads, using a rye starter. You will make your own white loaf, rye and oat boule, sourdough flatbread and also create yor own starter to take home and nurture, along with everything made on the day. 


This course is suitable for anybody keen to get into bread making, and covers lots of tips on kneading, folding, proving and troubleshooting!
