The perfect Christmas dessert; our 9” deep dish spiced cherry and damson frangipane tart, topped with flaked almonds and fresh cherries. 
Our house made spiced damson cherry compote is layered with orange and almond frangipane before adding a generous dusting of flaked almonds and baking.  Serves 10-12 adults.
