We use locally sourced produce where possible, so the florals, fruits, and berries used to decorate your Sheet Cake may differ depending on the season. Whatever the time of year, we guarantee your cake will be perfectly decorated and just as beautiful as it is delicious.
Flavours and sizes
You can choose from a number of our delicious signature flavours when ordering your Sheet Cake, and each one has been carefully perfected over the years to leave a lasting impression. Flavour options include:

We also offer our Sheet Cake in a variety of sizes so you can choose the option that best suits your celebration. Serving sizes include:
- 12 – 14 guests
- 16 – 20 guests
- 24 – 30 guests
- 32 – 40 guests
As with your chosen flavour, please select the size you require when placing your order. You can also order a number of different sizes or multiple Sheet Cakes to ensure you have enough for your guests.
Our Sheet Cakes can be gluten-free or vegan on request. Please leave a note when checking out or contact us for further information. All Eat & Mess cakes, cookies, desserts, and other sweet treats are handmade in our Kent bakery, located by the sea in charming Deal. You can choose to collect your Sheet Cake from us or opt for local delivery which we offer for your convenience.
